The website is managed by FOP Voitynskyi O.I., registered and operating in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter – "the Clinic"). This website (hereinafter – "the Site") is operated by Voitynskyi Dental Clinic, acting in accordance with the requirements of current Ukrainian legislation. We highly value the privacy of our users' personal information. The Clinic strives to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified), thereby creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for using the Site's services for every user. Data provided by users when filling out registration forms or during other interactions is used only in cases stipulated by this Privacy Policy or in other cases expressly provided for by current Ukrainian legislation.

When a user uses the Site's services, the Clinic processes the following user data: – data provided by the user when filling out registration forms and while using the services; – cookies; – IP addresses; – internet browser parameters and settings (User-agent). The Clinic collects only those personal data (e.g., your name and surname, email address, contact phone number, date of birth, gender, etc.) that are consciously and voluntarily provided by you as the data subject for the purpose of using the Site's services, which, in accordance with legal requirements, constitutes the data subject's consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purpose formulated in this Policy. In accordance with Part 1, Clause 6, Part 2, Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", data relating to your health (in particular, the fact of making an appointment, information about your health condition, etc.) is processed by a medical professional or other authorized person of the Clinic in compliance with all legal requirements regarding medical confidentiality. The user retains the right to unsubscribe at any time by selecting the appropriate option contained in each sent message. The place of storage and processing of personal data is determined in accordance with the requirements of current Ukrainian legislation.

The Clinic may use the User's personal data for the purpose of: – providing the User with access to personalized Site resources; – establishing feedback with the User, including sending messages, requests regarding the use of the Site, providing services, processing requests and applications; – confirming the accuracy and completeness of personal data; – providing effective customer and technical support; – sending information, messages, special offers and news; – for healthcare purposes, establishing a medical diagnosis, ensuring treatment and providing medical services.

The Clinic reserves the right to store and process users' personal data without time limitation, except in cases provided for by Ukrainian legislation. The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation, in particular the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and other regulatory acts. Users' personal data is stored on dedicated servers with appropriate information security measures applied.
